Graduation Requirements for OTD Students
The degree requirements include:
- Complete all didactic, fieldwork (Level II), and capstone coursework in the prescribed sequence
- Earn a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Complete all Level II fieldwork and doctoral capstone requirements within 24 months of completing didactic coursework
- In addition to academic requirements, students must
- Adhere to the ACHE Code of Student Conduct, AOTA Code of Ethics, and policies on professionalism and academic integrity.
- Undergo a degree audit and submit a formal application for graduation by the deadlines listed in the academic calendar.
- Satisfactorily complete the exit process through the Office of Student Affairs and fulfill all curricular, legal, and financial obligations to ACHE.
- Attend all required graduation week events, including rehearsal and graduation ceremony.
- Receive formal recommendations for graduation from ACHE OT leadership, faculty, and governing bodies.

ACHE Unified Field Day Brings Students Together Across Programs
Hosted by the ACHE Center for Clinical Skills Development, the large-scale event brought together students from all programs for a full day of teamwork, competition, and hands-on learning.
Hands-On ACHE OT Project Bridges Classroom Learning with Community Impact
The project was part of ACHE’s Productive Aging Assistive Technology Fieldwork, which provides students the opportunity to develop solutions for community members while still in a learning environment.
Strengthening the River Valley: ACHE and UAFS Partner to Grow Future Healthcare Leaders
The partnership creates a formal pathway for UAFS students seeking admission to ACHE’s Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Physical Therapy, School of Occupational Therapy, and Master of Science in Biomedicine program.
